TACC2
TACC2,全稱為 Transforming acidic coiled-coil containing protein 2,別名包括 AZU-1 和 ECTACC。該蛋白參與細胞分裂和維持基因組穩定性的過程,在中心體-微管動力學中起著重要作用。TACC2 蛋白與微管結合蛋白相互作用,影響紡錘體形成和染色體分離,從而確保細胞分裂的正常進行。TACC2 蛋白在多種組織中表達,尤其在腦、睪丸和乳腺中表達較高,提示其可能參與神經發育和生殖系統功能。突變或表達異常的 TACC2 蛋白可能導致功能紊亂,與某些癌癥(如乳腺癌、膠質瘤)的發生相關。研究還發現 TACC2 蛋白通過 EGFR/ERK 信號通路影響細胞遷移,其異常表達可能促進腫瘤轉移。在疾病關聯方面,TACC2 蛋白的突變或表達失調與精神分裂癥、自閉癥譜系障礙等神經發育疾病有關,也可能參與激素依賴性癌癥的進展。目前,針對 TACC2 蛋白的藥物研發尚處于早期階段,但已有研究表明,靶向 TACC2 蛋白的藥物可能對某些癌癥的治療具有潛在價值。
