LGALS3BP

LGALS3BP編碼的蛋白全稱為半乳糖凝集素-3結合蛋白（Galectin-3 binding protein），常被簡稱為MAC-2BP或90K蛋白，在UniProt數據庫中也被標注為Lectin galactoside-binding soluble 3 binding protein。該蛋白是一種分泌型糖蛋白，廣泛參與細胞間相互作用與免疫調節，通過與半乳糖凝集素家族成員（如Galectin-3）結合，介導細胞黏附、炎癥反應及腫瘤微環境調控。研究發現其在多種癌癥中異常高表達，包括乳腺癌、肺癌和肝癌，可能與腫瘤轉移、血管生成及免疫逃逸相關。此外，該蛋白在病毒感染中發揮雙重作用，既能通過增強干擾素應答抑制HIV復制，又能作為HCV病毒顆粒的附著因子促進感染。在自身免疫性疾病如系統性紅斑狼瘡患者血清中，其水平顯著升高。近年來，針對LGALS3BP的藥物開發聚焦于癌癥治療領域，已有單克隆抗體藥物進入臨床前研究，試圖通過阻斷其與Galectin-3的相互作用抑制腫瘤進展。同時，其作為生物標志物的潛力也在液體活檢技術中受到關注，特別是在肝癌早期診斷和預后評估方面顯示出應用價值。
