CD79A
CD79A，即B細(xì)胞抗原受體復(fù)合體α鏈，別名MB-1、IGA、Ig-alpha、IGAB、CD79amolecule。它是一種47kDa的膜糖蛋白，與CD79B結(jié)合形成異二聚體B細(xì)胞受體(BCR)，這種受體負(fù)責(zé)B細(xì)胞信號傳導(dǎo)，導(dǎo)致激活、凋亡或過敏。CD79A的作用機(jī)制主要是與CD79B共同參與B細(xì)胞受體的信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)。當(dāng)抗原與BCR結(jié)合后，CD79A/CD79B異二聚體能夠傳遞激活信號，引發(fā)B細(xì)胞的增殖、分化和抗體產(chǎn)生。CD79A的細(xì)胞質(zhì)區(qū)含有免疫受體酪氨酸激活基序(ITAM)，是信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)。CD79A對B細(xì)胞功能的重要調(diào)控作用，參與B細(xì)胞的抗原識別、激活、增殖和分化等過程。CD79A的表達(dá)還與某些B細(xì)胞腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān)，如B細(xì)胞急性淋巴細(xì)胞性白血病(B-ALL)等。CD79A是B細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究和B細(xì)胞相關(guān)疾病治療的重要靶點(diǎn)。

Untransfected HEK-293T cells (green line) and transfected Human CD79A&CD79B HEK-293T stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-CD79A antibody(CSB-RA004957MA1HU) (2μg/1*106cells), washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry.
