小鼠Ⅰ型前膠原羧基端肽(PⅠCP)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E08080m）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿樣本中的PⅠCP含量。小鼠Ⅰ型前膠原羧基端肽(PⅠCP)是骨代謝的重要指標(biāo)，其水平變化與骨吸收和骨形成密切相關(guān)。研究顯示，PⅠCP在多種疾病如骨折、骨質(zhì)疏松和腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移中扮演關(guān)鍵角色，其表達(dá)水平變化可作為疾病診斷和治療的潛在靶點。試劑盒檢測范圍為31.25 pg/mL-2000 pg/mL，適用于骨代謝相關(guān)疾病模型（如骨質(zhì)疏松、骨發(fā)育異常）的實驗研究，也可用于肝纖維化、肺纖維化等組織修復(fù)與纖維化進程的機制探討，為體外研究Ⅰ型膠原代謝通路提供可靠的檢測工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
