人氧化低密度脂蛋白(OxLDL)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E07931h）為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、尿液、唾液、組織勻漿、細(xì)胞裂解物樣本中的OxLDL含量。OxLDL即氧化型低密度脂蛋白，是一種被氧化修飾的脂蛋白。它與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化等疾病密切相關(guān)。其研究機(jī)制主要聚焦在它可被巨噬細(xì)胞攝取形成泡沫細(xì)胞，還能引發(fā)炎癥反應(yīng)，損傷血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞，促進(jìn)動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊形成。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為1.56 mU/mL-100 mU/mL，本試劑盒可應(yīng)用于心血管疾病基礎(chǔ)研究、氧化應(yīng)激相關(guān)代謝機(jī)制探索、藥物或天然產(chǎn)物抗氧化效價(jià)評(píng)估等科研領(lǐng)域，為體外實(shí)驗(yàn)提供高靈敏度的檢測(cè)方案，但不適用于臨床診斷。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見(jiàn)產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)。
