This kit is a qualitative kit and has no standard curve.As for the efficiency,we will send you COA soon by email..
The kit is used to detect serum. Besides, pls confirm if you typed it wrong by "plasma with heparin contamination".
If it is wrong, then it should be EDTA plasma. As for the EDTA plasma, it can be detected with this kit.
The kit has less cross activity with EV16 and coxsackie B.
